As the Web Content Editor, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Operations team in the day-to-day execution of editing content to their global audience. This is an exciting time as they are moving this team internally. This will open up the opportunity to be involved in the journey, build important relationships across the wider business and improve operations in the Digital function.

Working together with other Web Content Editors, you will engage with the business and build relationships to understand what content needs editing or updating throughout the different departments. There will be some opportunity to have your own input and ideas implemented as you settle into the role. You will ideally have experience using Photoshop as you will be converting, resizing and optimising images and graphics for the website.

Key responsibilities
*Develop and deliver engaging and relevant content across the brands
*Manage projects from inception to completion and ensure that the content meets the plans and strategies from the category teams.
*Create engaging content with a focus on usability, accessibility and consumer journeys and adapted to the audience it is intended for.
*Ensure that all content is delivered on time, is engaging, informative and inspires consumers to engage with the brands.
*Work closely with the category and trade marketing teams to deliver promotions in line with the marketing calendar.
*Ensure content is reliable and accurate, checking copy and updating as necessary
*Ensuring the customer experience is optimised and messaging is on brand
*Maintain content standards, including governance and enhancing for SEO where applicable.
*Build relationships with the internal and external teams
*Manage the CMS tool across the brands

You will have:
*A good grasp of page layouts
*Experience of working in a fast paced environment
*Excellent written communication
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Previous experience using a CMS system (Ideally SAP Hybris but essential)
