IT Support Technician - 2nd Line

Position: IT Support Engineer - 2nd Line
Location: Deeside B2
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Rota between: 08:00 - 18:00)
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum

About the role:

This is an IT support desk role where every day is different. You will be progressing through your IT career with 2 years minimum experience in IT and call management.
You will provide our customers with exemplary and efficient remote IT support to help deliver a service that that will meet or exceed customer expectations within our IT help-desk team. You will be trained through IT accredited courses as and when required to keep up to date with the latest technological developments.

About you:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft based systems
- Windows 7/8/10
- Windows Server 2008 onwards
- Server Virtualisation (Hyper-V)
- Network infrastructure LAN/WAN/NAS
- Experience with firewall technologies
- Hosted exchange - Office 365
- Strong communication skills and a passion for IT
- Experience in an IT Support role (ideally 2 years)
- Full Driving Licence
