iRecruit Partners are currently working with a company based in Frimley who are looking for a Product Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. You will be providing single Point of Contact for CC RAD with regard to product development and RAD strategic matters. You will also be responsible for the management of profit margins across the RAD range (across all brands).

GENERAL DUTIES:

* To work directly with the Specification & Distribution Commercial Directors to provide the relevant product and market information in a timely manner.

* Generate Monthly report on time and as agreed with the Marketing Communications Manager.

* Develop good working relationships within the sales, marketing, technical and finance teams across all levels in all divisions of the company.

* Develop excellent working relationships with Group Marketing, Competence Centre RAD and Group Product Management

* Work closely and communicate regularly with the Marketing Manager to assist business, personal development and ensure awareness of own training needs.

* Keep up-to-date with the latest relevant industry news and keep the Marketing Manager informed of all competitor product, price and promotional activities.

* Review, recommend and implement improved processes to benefit the business.

* To encourage other members of the organisation to accompany you from time to time whilst carrying out your normal daily routine for development & learning opportunities.

* Support major customer visits to Customer Experience Centre and Business Design Centre as required

* To monitor and control expenses incurred in the implementation of all company duties within the company guidelines.

* To maintain all company property at your disposal in good order.

* To co-operate in the operation of Company policies on Environment, Health & Safety.

* To perform other duties to assist with the smooth running of the business as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* At least 5+ years in a Commercial Product Management role

* Experience in creating, building, applying for and presenting CPD presentations

* Understanding of the HVAC industry

* Requirement for international travel for meetings

* Ability to present and drive product engagement across all levels of the business

* Motivated, success oriented with a pro-active approach

* Be able to work on own initiative and contribute as part of multi-disciplined teams

* Be flexible and adaptable in the work environment, with a positive attitude

* Well organised, structured and systematic in approach to tasks with the ability to set up and follow effective processes.

* IT skills: Computer literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook and Selligent/C4C (CRM System).

* Educated to a minimum 'A' Level standard or equivalent.

* Highly analytical

* Creative yet pragmatic approach to tasks

* Current UK Driving Licence

* European Language advantageous but not essential
