Leading Wealth Manager who continue to expand year on year, are recruiting for an Advice Quality Consultant (Investments) on a full - time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out quality checks on Business Assurance cases meeting an agreed target, adhering to department procedures and ensuring regulatory principles are upheld
Collate all necessary data gained from quality checks and provide input into the completion of both the monthly and ad hoc quality control reports and management information
Provide appropriate feedback and coaching to the BAA either face to face or by telephone ensuring actions are taken to reduce the causes of quality fails
Identify themes and or training needs resulting from the quality control and root cause analysis review of cases and make recommendations to address these issues as appropriate
In some cases, be responsible for carrying out remedial actions and recommendations for improvement in processes, training or written materials

Required Skills:

Proactive decision maker and able to recognise when issues need to be escalated
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Able to identify potential risks in advice /checking processes
Adherence to our regulatory requirements and enabling positive client outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ensuring that feedback is delivered in clear and plain English

Required Technical Knowledge & Qualifications:

Required to hold QCF Level 4 qualification e.g. the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on Investment, IHT, Protection and Mortgage business
