We are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Manager to join an iconic, luxury hotel to drive revenue through corporate sales.

With over 150 beds and extensive M&E facilitates your role will be to generate revenue from both new and existing clients. Working alongside the Group Sales Director you will be given support in a number of ways, allowing every opportunity to hit revenue targets and enjoy a successful time with the hotel.

You will be working for a well-established group with a number of properties nationwide who are renowned to taking care of each and every employee, through career development plans and excellent benefits packages.

If you are an experienced and proactive Sales Executive or Sales Manager looking to make the next move in a luxury hotel this is the perfect role for you.

The Role:
  • To pro-actively sell the hotels facilities to corporate clients and agencies
  • Attend regular off site client meetings
  • Work with the General Manager and Group Sales Director to develop a sales plan and maximise revenue from every opportunity
  • Consult client show rounds
  • Carry out competitor analysis, ensuring you are best placed to go above and beyond for client requirements
  • Think outside the box for new and innovative ways to reach your target market and sell the hotels services
  • Carry out business development activity and key account management

About You:
  • At least 2 years in a proactive sales role either as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager, in a hotel or event venue environment
  • Driving licence is essential - company car is provided
  • An understanding of the corporate market within the local area
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A sales driven mentality and someone who thrives on closing business
