We are looking to recruit dynamic Sales Executives to join our remarkable sales team selling funded training products to the Early Years sector in the UK.

About the role...

In this role, you'll combine incoming leads and outbound calls to gather training requirements then assess and advise on the best qualification for childcare employees. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to cross-sell our other support services such as market leading software and websites. The aim is to create interest for our solutions and book appointments for Training Advisors and maximize Assessors' caseload.

The role does involve an element of cold calling to childcare providers, so we're eager to employ bright and cheerful people who thrive in a busy sales team environment.

It's a fast paced role therefore, time-management and organisational skills are essential as is a positive outlook and self-motivation!

What we look for...

* Experience in a sales role, ideally telephone sales.

* Target driven with previous experience in solutions selling.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* A confident and articulate presenter.

* Self-motivated individual with the ability to energise others.

* Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritise under pressure.

* Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

* IT literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
