Change, Communications and Training (CCT) Lead

Our client, a global leading educational publishing firm, are seeking a Change, Communications and Training (CCT) Lead on an initially 9 Month contract (likely to extend or go perm) to start ASAP.

Job Summary/Description:

As the world's learning company, our educational products and services improve the life chances of millions of people by helping them to learn more effectively. The Enabling Program will support the company in working more effectively, and efficiently. The company is in the process of rolling out the final wave (Wave 8) of its transformational programme for finance and operations. Scope Wave 8 is the deployment of our finance, procurement and supply chain systems, processes and policies to all other countries outside the UK, US and Canada. We will be replacing a number of systems used today and will be moving to common, globally consistent processes, systems and ways of working.

Minimum Required Skills:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in global transformation programmes Minimum 8 years' experience leading business change workstreams in global transformation programmes Experience leading business change in major technology implementations - ideally Oracle Experience of leading change workstreams that support finance and/or supply chain change Experience of managing remotely based teams / teams in a matrix environment Good understanding of programme management structures and disciplines

Strong attention to detail Ability to operate effectively at all levels and cross functionally Ability to quickly build meaningful relationships, with strong influencing and negotiation skills, demonstrable at all levels within the organisation Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present to all levels Ability to tailor style and approach to suit audience and requirements whilst operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment Enthusiastic with high levels of energy, self-motivation, resilience, drive and initiative Flexibility to work in a global programme requiring some out of hours availability for meetings Able to travel if required

Minimum Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree educated
