We are recruiting an IT Help Desk Manager on behalf of a leading Construction Consultancy that builds Capital Projects worldwide across 40 countries involving over 6000 staff. Recently achieved a record year in 2019, you will be part of a thriving business that recognises that their employees are key to future growth. Situated away from the city surrounded by greenery and open countryside.

The successful IT Help Desk Manager will oversee delivery and technical support within the business, manage day to day operations of the global help desk and ensure a high standard of service within the team.

To be considered you must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience in a similar role managing a technical support team - Ideally a global team
  • Experience of call allocations and prioritisation
  • Experience of developing IT processes, workflows and automation
  • Ability to implement innovative working methods and troubleshoot
  • Able to conduct out of hours monitoring and support
  • Develop and maintain technical standards, systems, policies and procedures
