We are looking for an Experienced Credit Control Team Leader for a growing organisation based in Medway, Kent. If you thrive on delivering great customer service and have a passion for managing a team this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Main Duties will include;
  • Be responsible for training, managing and providing guidance to the credit control team
  • Ensure that credit risk is understood and controlled, cash collection is maximised and that quarterly targets are met
  • Ensure credit control procedures are followed and assist in the further development of the credit control function
  • Maintenance of the company's bad debt reserves demonstrating an understanding of the associated accounting principles

Profile

We are looking for:
  • A seasoned, passionate and influential Credit Control Team Leader
  • Someone that takes full accountability and has the tenacity to independently find solutions with a sense of urgency
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Communication and relationship building are vitally important
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining quality

To be successful, you will ideally have at least 3 years' experience in managing a busy credit control function

You will be an excellent communicator with meticulous written and spoken English.

You will be a strong team player, with the confidence to work on your own initiative when required.

Candidates must have the ability to pick up new systems quickly and ideally should be familiar with excel and other Microsoft Office applications
