Due to continued success and expansion, our online retail business which offers a variety product ranges via our websites and online marketplaces is seeking a highly personable Customer Services Representative to join the team in 2019. Full on-the-job training is given on all aspects of the work.

Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Resolving email enquiries from customers using a web-based e-mail client.
  • Effective use of online stock & order shipping systems.
  • Assisting customers with their purchases over the phone.
  • Occasional face-to-face with customers.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Maintaining high levels of product knowledge across several platforms.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Great communication skills - both written and spoken.
  • The ability to confidently compose and send e-mails.
  • High levels of self-motivation, focus and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and as an individual.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
