The aim of the Group is to be a one-stop shop for all residential property matters but with individual specialist companies who can support each other.

We are currently in a period of sustained growth and we have a number of opportunities to join the group across all businesses.

Duties will include:

·PC Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·Provide first response assistance to office staff and remote users (including desktop, phone, network and systems support)

·Act as a liaison between the external IT providers and the wider team (including following up and ensuring issues are resolved to the user's satisfaction)

·Installation, operation and maintenance of the computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems and phone systems

·Be forward thinking about technology requirements.

·Liaising and negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure effective implementation of hardware and software?

·Writing reports, track inventory, evaluating new technologies

·Diary management; arranging and confirming meetings and managing around priorities

·Assisting with the preparation of reports (including printing, copying, binding and distribution)

·Assisting with ad-hoc projects

Skills and experience required

·Can-do attitude, i.e. pitching in to get the job done

·Full knowledge of window 7&10.

·Terminal server

·Office 365 and gmail

·Previous experience of installing and building hardware and software installation.

·Solid experience using Excel.

·A FULL UK driving license as you will be required to travel to different branches.

·Fluent English (written and oral), other languages desirable.

·Works well under pressure

·Proactive with strong initiative

·Well-rounded understanding of technology and a willingness to learn

·An eye for accuracy

·Good communication skills

·Highest degree of confidentiality

·Flexibility on hours, often at short notice
