JOB ROLE: Temporary with the potential of permanent

JOB TYPE: Bookkeeper/Finance Manager

HOURS: 8 hours per week - either 1 full day or 2 x 4 hour days

SALARY: £15ph-£20ph

LOCATION: Finchampstead

ADDITIONAL INFO: Immediate start

MUST HAVE - Management Accounts Experience

MUST HAVE - An advanced knowledge and up-to-date experience of working with the whole of Sage50

Advantage - Working in a Construction related business and knowledge of C I S

Ideally qualified to a minimum of AAT Level 4 (or equivalent)

To be confident and technically sound in the accounts process and audit function, have a keen eye for detail and able to work in an organised and accurate fashion while keeping to specified deadlines.

Maintain books of account to trial balance, using Sage Line 50, incl: Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Projects, Cashflow Forecast, VAT, PAYE and Management Accounts:

- Process accruals & prepayments

- Maintain Fixed Asset Register, post depreciation

- Work In Progress calculations

- Intercompany reconciliations and recharges

- Trial balance

- Profit & Loss

- Balance sheet

The successful candidate will;
  • AAT qualified level 4
  • Available immediately
  • Familiar with Sage Line 50
  • Be meticulous in their approach, maintain a full focus to tasks and show attention to detail
  • Flexible to work additional hours where required as the business grows
