Excellent opportunity for a Senior Lecturer / Lead Trainer in Project Management to deliver professional project management courses, employed by MKC Training Services, based at the world renowned Royal School of Military Engineering in Chatham, Kent.

You will be delivering project management courses to Officer and Senior Non Commissioned Officer level military personnel, from the Chatham HQ but also other sites, so candidates must be prepared to travel.

Qualifications (Essential)

· APM PMQ

· MSP Foundation/Practitioner/Advanced Practitioner

· MoR Foundation/Practitioner

· Microsoft project 2016 or above. Intermediate/Advanced level, or similar project management software.

Qualifications (Desirable)

· Construction related MSc

· Professional body membership (APM, CIOB, ICE, IMechE, IET, RICS, RIBA) or ideally a combination of these

· PRINCE2

· MoP

· MoB

· MoC

· NEBOSH or SMSTS

· Other related management qualifications

Role responsibilities

Have ability to deliver all training courses, autonomously and without support, for the following courses;
  • PFQ
  • PMQ
  • MSP Foundation & Practitioner
  • MoR Foundation & Practitioner
  • Environmentally responsible & sustainable construction
  • Microsoft Project software (Gantt charts & scheduling)

Ability to adapt above courses to meet Pre Deployment Training & Mission Specific Training requirements of the Corps

Act as lead trainer for APM & PEOPLECERT

Assist with the management of the Quality Management System for each professional body

Provide audit information as required
Invigilate exams

Be the single point of contact for the professional bodies

Be prepared to book exams and provide candidate information for exams
