As a Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
  • Log issues and technical queries from the business and manage customer expectations in regards to the resolution of their issues
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with business hardware and software
  • Resolution of support requests with guidance or documentation
  • Deployment new hardware/software and the provision of end user support / training as necessary
  • Management of internal records to a high degree of accuracy

You will have:
  • Strong Experience working in a Support Analyst capacity or similar
  • Experience of using Windows desktop operating systems and applications such as Windows 7 and Office 365
  • Basic understanding of networks, virtualization or telephony would be advantageous
  • Ability to follow process documentation and accurately maintain records
  • Work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
