Position: Customer Service Adviser - English speaking and German speaking vacancies
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire

My client is an independent fashion retailer with coverage across Europe and the USA.

As their Customer Service Department is expanding, they are searching for experienced customer service advisers to join the business. There are also structured career progression opportunities as they will always promote from within.

Customer Service Adviser duties will include:

* Providing information about products and services to their customers

* Managing customer relationships by telephone, email and online

* Efficient responses to customer queries

* Processing of orders and returns

* Offering the highest service levels in accordance to company directives

Skills and experience required for a Customer Service Adviser:

* Minimum of 12 months in a customer service advisor position, ideally within fashion retail

* Call Centre experience is preferred

* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

* The ability to liaise and communicate with all levels of colleagues and customers

* Excellent listening skills and a thoughtful, considered approach to all customer calls

* High levels of literacy and numeracy

* A good understanding of MS Excel

* Experience of using CRM platforms and

* Experience using live chat is preferred but not essential

* Fluent German is preferred but not essential
