Job Description

The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible the development of the company's brand and for delivering marketing activities that contribute towards raising and measuring the brand recognition and understanding. As the brand is built from within, the role holder will also be responsible for internal communications. In particular, the jobholder will be responsible for:

- Development of the brand strategy, in terms of market positioning and strategic direction
- Managing a small team
- Ensure a clear and consistent message is being delivered across all channels and measure message delivery
- The development, articulation and measurement of the company's brand. This includes analysing data and translating advertising performance into reports.
- Undertaking research to measure reputational performance and reporting on this
- Creation of content
- Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, ensure content is maximised via digital channels
- Delivering advertising, rom booking of space through to developing creative executions to reporting on metrics.
- Creating printed material and presentation for Sales teams
- Supporting the Director of Marketing with PR activities
- Overseeing all company's events
- Manage bespoke marketing programmes with key distribution partners
- Manage the company's agencies
- Manage all sign off requirements
- Managing the budget
- Collaborating with Sales

Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver highly effective brand strategy that is objective-led and measured
- Build awareness and interest within the Foundation brand
- Ensure all content that is created is maximised through different channels
- Measurement of the brand
- Provide accurate reports
- Ensure all marketing communications are fully compliant
- Create and maintain a best in class marketing activities
- Work closely with the company's sales teams

Essential Competencies:
- Previous experience within the mortgage industry, ideally marketing to intermediaries
- Extensive experience with a broad marketing background
- Proven experience of managing agencies
- Creative and analytical thinker
- The ability to work under pressure
- Ability to analyse Management Information and offer solutions
- The ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Able to demonstrate that they are pro- active
- Track record of delivery
- A pragmatic approach
- The ability to challenge the norm

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Marketing Degree and/or CIM or IDM Diploma would be an advantage
- The ability to think creatively
- Job holder must be analytical
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Track record in managing a team
- Proven track record in marketing

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
