Role: Service Desk Manager
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

iO Associates are currently working with an incredibly exciting and growing organisation looking to bring on a new IT Service Desk Manager to take on significant responsibilities across a small team of desktop and network support engineers.

You will have the responsibility of managing workflow, maintaining SLA's and ensuring standards are all adhered to, this is a truly exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation offering a real prospect of growth and development.

> Directly manage a small service desk
> Mentor and motivate your team to achieve the greatest success
> Ensure KPIs/SLAs are up to date and monitored
> Take responsibility for the day to day workflow management including overtime rota

Skills/ Experience
> Significant previous experience as a service desk manager
> Excellent organisation and communication skills
> Strong Fundamental IT knowledge
> Knowledge of ITIL, SLA's and KPI's
