Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who has a successful track record of business partnering. With a strong finance background, you will use to setting targets for Strategic Business Plans, budgets and forecasts for senior management and developing and re-forecasting budgets to meet the financial objectives of the organisation. You will work in partnership with directors, senior management and operational departments. Working with and supporting the wider finance team in a collaborative partnership. You will be willing to travel nationally with overnight stays.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • To provide advice and guidance to Directors and their teams in setting and achieving their financial targets and goals.
  • Setting targets for Strategic Business Plans, budgets and forecasts for the Directorate.
  • high energy, natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
  • A commercial and professional mind-set that thrives on taking accountability
  • Flexibility and resilience to match constantly changing needs in a fast paced organisation;
  • Setting targets for Strategic Business Plans, budgets and forecasts for the Directorate
  • Developing and re-forecasting the budgets principally in Adaptive, to meet the financial objectives of the organisation.
