Position: Customer Trainer
Location: Home Based - with travel
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00, but you may work outside these hours due to travelling
Salary: £31,524.12 per annum

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us at Tunstall as a Customer Trainer.

Your role will be role home-based; however this will incur regular visits to head office. As part of a small team your responsibility will be to deliver tailored training solutions and programmes relating to company software, services and products across the UK, and internationally both via face to face, and using digital media.

You will be involved in the full training life-cycle from TNA through creation, delivery to completion, and evaluation. In addition you will proactively generate new business and the expansion of existing business and maintain the reputation of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- To train on, and assist customers with an understanding of the Tunstall offerings they have purchased.
- Offer training and advice regarding Tunstall monitoring centre products and their use, including PNC, Service Manager, Information Manager and software solutions.
- Offer training and advice regarding Tunstall Grouped living, Independent living and telehealth services and equipment.
- Be flexible in the delivery styles and methods utilised for delivery - Face -to-face, Web, E-learning.
- Provide support / advice matching products with requirements.
- Consult with customers to identify processes and gaps to enable effective use of purchased products.
- Assist in the development of processes and procedures.
- Develop reports and / or extract data to enable report production.
- Instruct on the use of Tunstall products and their integration into a whole lifecare service.
- Support customers in the on-going development of FAQ's and internal reference guides and training materials.
- Identify and report on progress made at individual customer locations.
- Keep knowledge of other company products and services up-to-date.
- Represent the Department / Company professionally during meetings or visits with internal or external customers and contacts.

About you:

- CIPD / TAP or equivalent Membership is desirable.
- Educated to HNC / D level or equivalent in Training is desirable.
- Experience in dealing with the introduction of new products / processes / services.
- Training experience within the Public Sector.
- Knowledge of Telecare / Telehealth solutions / products is desirable.
- Experience delivery of web-based training systems is desirable.
- Exposure to an alarm receiving centre or call centre environment is desirable.
- Experience of Process mapping and redesign.
- Experience of Product identification / solution alignment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to deal efficiently and professionally with all customers.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive and progressive attitude to achieving key fundamental targets and objectives.
- Experience of developing on-line training materials.
- Flexible and able to travel with some overnight stays.

You may have experience of the following: Training, WebEX, E-Learning, Software Training, Training Solutions, CRM, Customer Service, Software Instructor, IT Trainer, Training Coordinator, etc.
