Technical Support / Service Engineer

Due to continued growth and expansion a Technical Support Engineer is required to join the customer support team of a highly successful company supplying equipment and services to the food processing industries.

Qualifications

Providing a high degree of customer care is essential, therefore, the ideal candidate for this position should have experience in most, if not all of the following:-

Mechanical knowledge and experience of working with process equipment.

Knowledge of industrial heaters/burners and combustion equipment.

Aware of Industrial Gas Safety competency requirements

Experience in a service environment, preferably food production

Electrical knowledge/background.

Very flexible approach to all aspects of work with the ability to take responsibility and deal efficiently with on-site conditions.

Where required adequate training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The position involves working 40 hours per week plus overtime, including weekends. Extensive travel in the UK is required with occasional overseas visits.
