Technical Support Executive

We are currently working with an organisation based in central Cambridge who are seeking a Technical Support Executive to join an established team working technical support for web based products.

In this role you will be responsible for providing front line technical support to existing customers on the Company's web-based products by answering queries and developing customer relationships. You will have and grow a familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS. As a Customer Support Executive / Customer Services Advisor you will support Project Managers with setting up and managing new accounts and conducting client training on web based products. You will also manage account metrics for customers, whilst ensuring they receive the correct statistics in a timely manner so a strong Excel ability is essential.

Applicants will have proven experience supporting users or managing accounts assisting clients or users. It is essential you have first class communication skills and you will be happy to deal with users and clients on the telephone as well as via skype and face to face.

• Solid customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using web technologies.
