Your new roleReporting to the Management Accountant you will be responsible for ensuring all debts are collected on time or alternatively establish reasons for non-payment. You will be chasing payments via phone and email, handling disputed accounts and negotiate to bring payment into line with terms, maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records, liaise with the sales team and undertake ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous Sales Ledger / Credit Control experience. You will have excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, able to prioritise workloads and have good IT skills.
