At Reed Further Education, we are currently working in partnership with a College who are seeking either a qualified or unqualified bricklaying lecturer to join their already established team.

The role will be split into 0.4 bricklaying lecturing and 0.6 workshop supervisor. This is therefore a varied role which is ideal for anyone who is considering a move into the further education sector.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about education and providing the future workforce with the skill set they need to succeed in this sector. You will undertake a range of administrative and development duties in order to monitor student progress, improve standards and develop the learner experience.

This is an excellent opportunity as the college are willing to support unqualified bricklayers through their qualifications. You will however require in depth industry experience and a proactive attitude to work.

Requirements:
  • Recent proven industry experience in a bricklaying role
  • A teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards a teaching qualification
  • English & Maths to grade C or equivalent
  • Ability to identify and apply appropriate styles of learning to all students

In return, when working through Reed you will receive:

* Access to pension scheme

* Weekly Pay for all candidates

* Continual Professional Development

* Dedicated and fully trained consultants, here to promote and develop our staff

* Long Term and permanent vacancy focus

* Permanent vacancy access to reed.co.uk, the UK's largest, most visited online jobsite.
