If so, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!! Our Client, an engineering firm based in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their operations & analysis team on a full-time permanent basis.

*Be a member of the Business Support Accounting Team, responsible for the reporting of the Manufacturing Costs for the site, along with associated analysis & commentary on a monthly basis,
*Consolidation of the overall global Manufacturing Costs for the business unit, including month end, annual planning & forecasting cycles,
*Act as Business Partner to the Operational Management Leadership Team, assisting in the completion of value-add cost reporting / KPIs, including monthly presentations,
*Month-end financial close incl. journal preparation, cost allocations & associated trend analysis,
*Completion of monthly corporate reporting requirements,
*Measurement of key operational performance metrics for inclusion in the monthly business unit scorecard,
*Adhoc project work.

Reporting to: Senior Management

*Qualifications: fully qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent,
*Proven management accounting experience within a large corporate / group of companies',
*Previous experience in manufacturing experience is desirable,
*Superb analytical skills with the ability able to understand detailed data, analysis & translate to key messages to non-finance leaders,
*Excellent business partnering skills,
*Be able to demonstrate strong customer focus, accountability & effective communication skills, confident in presenting financial information to senior management,
*Ability to fit into a dynamic and fast-moving accounting team and global business.
*Good organisation skills and ability to meet tight deadlines,
*Solid MS Excel & MS PowerPoint user experience.

*Annual Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 (subject to experience)
*10% Annual Bonus
