School Office/HR Manager

Term-time only

A Secondary School in Bury is looking for an Office Manager to start in September on a temporary ongoing basis until a permanent appointment has been made.

Duties:
  • Providing high quality, efficient and effective HR and administration support to the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team
  • Providing general office management assistance to enable the Business Manager to effectively lead and manage the school.
  • HR duties, small office team management, staff recruitment, attending meetings as required.

Ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and manage their time to meet deadlines without losing their sense of humour.

Experience working within a school setting is desirable but not essential but candidates must be willing to work flexibly and support other departments as needed.
