We are an engineering consultancy business based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are looking for an additional full-time office-based administrator to undertake general office / project related duties.

The successful candidate will be very comfortable working with Microsoft Office software and would ideally have experience of business finance including invoicing, payments and purchase ordering. Having knowledge of the QuickBooks software would be useful but not a necessity.

This is a full time, 5 days per week (37.5 hours per week - flexible) permanent position and the salary will be negotiable subject to relevant experience in the range £18-22k.
