Accounts/Admin Assistant- Halesworth- Mon-Friday- 9am-5pm- Permanent- Full Time- £17-19K

Hales Group are seeking an organised and pro-active individual to join a small friendly team in the Halesworth area. You will need to be on the ball, with a good pro-active approach and not afraid to help other colleagues in other departments if necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities Include-
  • Receiving invoices from customers and imputing these onto the system
  • Issuing credit notes
  • Speaking with clients with regards to any invoice queries
  • Spot any discrepancies and resolve accordingly
  • Answering the phone & speaking with customers
  • Scanning documents
  • Checking delivery notes
  • General admin duties including filing
  • Liaising with other departments

Our ideal candidate-
  • Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Familiar with Outlook
  • Has experience in accounts systems ie SAGE
