Technical Support Engineer
£20,000£30,##### ######Technical Support Engineer role available close to Bristol for an extremely successful software business. In this Technical Support Engineer role you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and technical support, both across the company and their customers. You will be responsible for delivering a quality service, on time, to budget and to exceed customer expectations.

To be considered for this Technical Support Engineer role you must have experience within helpdesk/ticketing systems. You must also have basic knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft product suite.

You will be working for a business that is dedicated to delivering new digital service platforms for the local government sector. The businesses expertise spans land and property administration software, regulatory and environmental health solutions and waste management software through to specialist app development.

In this Technical Support Engineer role you will be offered a salary of up to £30,000 and the chance to progress within this excellent business.
