Compliance Administrator - Temporary Ongoing Contract

Salary: £9.00ph

Location: Birmingham Business Park (B37)

Hours of Work: 8:30am - 5:30pm - Monday - Friday
  • Must have good MS Excel experience
  • Produce accurate reporting for company driver compliance procedures
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly compliance analysis and reporting
  • To provide day-to-day support to compliance irregularities
  • Develop processes for the improvement of driver training, driver performance and compliance procedures
  • Assist on the resolution of any customer complaints / concerns and recommend corrective action in order to prevent re - occurrence of events
  • To produce timely reports ensuring efficiency and productivity targets are met and dealing with any performance monitoring or issues that arise from them
  • Investigating and identifying the cause of irregularities and errors
  • Produce ad-hoc reports as requested
  • Directing compliance issues to appropriate departments from investigations and resolutions
  • Ensure all compliance logs are kept up to date
  • Participating in compliance audit reviews
  • Developing effective lines of communications between different teams
  • Collaborating with other departments to direct compliance issues
  • Investigating and identifying the cause of irregularities and errors
  • Identify poor performance of drivers and communicate specifically to assist their development

Person Spec
  • Previous compliance experience highly desirable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to recognise and identify patterns in large amounts of data, work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reasoning and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
