Business Information Analyst

LSL is a leading provider of residential property services to its key customer groups. Services to consumers include: residential sales, lettings, surveying, conveyancing and advice on mortgages and non-investment insurance products. Services to mortgage lenders include: valuations and panel management services, asset management and property management services.

We are currently looking to add an Business Information Analyst to the Newcastle Upon Tyne based head office to support a number of the business' within the Estate agency division. The main purpose of the role is to support key business areas with the production of reports and to develop the business information report reporting suite across the companies which will include KPI's and market trends

Key requirements include -

Relevant product knowledge of MS office (excellent Excel skills essential)

Ability to manage and combine data from multiple sources

Excellent attention to detail

Good analytical and proactive skills, working logically and systematically

Actively seek constant process improvement

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience -

Experience in an administration and data focused role or similar Management Information role

Ideally experience of working within a Finance Department

Ideally experience in using either Cognos or a similar financial database management systems
