Vacancy:- 'Digital Marketing Person'

Reports to: Managing Director

Job Description: - To work with the Business Team to,

Carry out all Direct Marketing and Digital Marketing activities for the company.

Undertake the DM activities to our Business and Marketing plans and report to the Managing Director to ensure all tasks are done to strategy and plan.

Help establish our corporate brand, and produce our PR Launch pack, including launch and promotion.

Develop and expand our planned online marketing plans to enhance the Brand, promote the company to achieve and enhance profit making objectives and goals.

Work with our SEO Specialist to maximise our on-line presence.

Review and monitor the activities of all influencers and bloggers to ensure they are effective and comply with Zamloo requirements

Review the activities of all affiliate marketers to ensure they comply with Zamloo requirements.

Promote, seek and monitor advertisers for our application.

Promote Zamloo Privacy benefits to media, TV, Politicians and interesting groups, e.g. NSPCC, etc.

Work with the management team, supporting teams, developers, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Provide regular summary reports for the marketing processes, including any market research and customer satisfaction.

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Along with Management Team, Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Along with Management Team, create landing pages and optimize user experience

Along with Management Team, plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

Promoting and Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Speak about the company's activities and APP on promotional videos along with our expert external video producer.

Job Requirements: -

The digital marketing person must have the skills, knowledge and ability to carry out all Marketing and Digital Marketing activities and must have the ability to where necessary work on their own to promote the company APP. There skills and education should include some of the following: -

Education: Degree in marketing or digital marketing or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing. Specific detailed alternative formal training in Digital Marketing is also acceptable.

Existing work experience is not essential but would give an added advantage.

Work experience in online marketing environment would be an advantage.

Strong computer and mobile phone app skills

Skills with email, internet, PowerPoint, Word, statistics, databases, and spreadsheets

Personality and ability to handle customer and client relationship management

Willingness to learn new modes of digital marketing

Team-spirit and good communication skills both in written and verbal forms

Skills in areas like images, videos, and audio marketing

Excellent telephone manners

Good organization skills

Good attention to detail.

Ability to follow a plan and make improvement suggestions

A strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to perform integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Demonstrable ability to perform along with team, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Ability to handle content managed websites.

Be creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

Optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Knowledge of add serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

Knowledge in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
