Email campaigns are flying out left, right and centre, and we need you to assist us in providing the best service for our clients. You will be working with our Liberty Global team, to oversee all day-to-day email campaigning. You'll also be working closely with an Account Director and an Account Executive to deliver email marketing campaigns, review performance and proactively provide insights into what's working well and what isn't.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing allemail campaigns and sign off process and be able to step in and cover when the Campaign Executive / Account Executive do not have capacity
  • Improving performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimization
  • Constructing reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account
  • Liaising between the design team, data team, developers and client to deliver campaigns with excellence
  • Keepingthe Account Director up-to-date on a regular basis and proactively escalating any areas of concern
  • Effectively managing the client budget burndown
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews of campaign performance, observations and recommendations for the client

  • You'll hold experience from a client facing agency position with a digital or integrated agency environment

  • You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects, potentially with conflicting deadlines; a can-do attitude will ensure you deliver every time
