Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for a new challenge? Want a high profile and exciting account to work on, within an award winning marketing technology agency based in a prime central London location? Yes? Then read on as we have the role for you!

An EXCELLENT opportunity has become available to work on one of the biggest and most prestigious brands in the world! - We are searching for an enthusiastic Account Manager to work on a premium account, where you will be managing numerous eCRM campaigns.

This will involve working closely with multiple client stakeholders to extract detailed requirements and being able to confidently brief internal departments through a work flow management process. You will manage and deliver dynamic email campaigns and one off requests through all stages of the process from briefing, testing and deployment, including post campaign performance reporting and recommendations to how this global client can improve their email campaigns. You will be incredibly client focused and always look for solutions to how we can deliver the highest service.

How will I succeed?
  • Efficient and effective management of client campaigns
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and keep multiple campaigns on track at all times
  • Achieving client and internal deadlines
  • Keeping the commercial team up-to-date on a regular basis and proactively escalating any areas of concern

Essential Skills
  • Educated to degree level (preferred but not essential)
  • At least 2 years agency experience in a client facing role, preferably digital or integrated
  • Previous experience working within the email channel
  • Focus on client satisfaction through impeccable client servicing, handling and reporting
  • Able to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur
  • Organised with very good attention to detail-Strong written and verbal communication
  • Relevant computer skills - highly proficient in using Microsoft

  • Work closely with the client team
  • An interest and willingness to understand clients business requirements
  • Clear communications with a keen eye to detail
  • Use of an email service platform (ESP)
  • Liaise between the design team, developers and client
