This B2B Marketing Agency requires an experienced Client Strategy Director to join their team. The main focus of this role will be to pursue new business to sell this Marketing Agency's growing portfolio of services.

You will be responsible for discovering and developing brand new client relationships in order to understand their commercial objectives and marketing strategies, and then present suitable marketing solutions that offer tangible business outcomes. You will draw on your commercial acumen and marketing expertise to translate ideas into powerful marketing programs for our clients. You will also be prepared to challenge a brief to ensure the optimum solution is designed for the client; before communicating the brief to the delivery team to bring to life.

This role will be within the Sales and Marketing department, but a close working relationship will be required with the Heads of the Senior Operations Team to ensure that you keep up to date with the in-house skills and experience levels to be able to deliver innovative marketing solutions to the client.

This B2B Marketing Agency works primarily within the Technology sector, however of specific interest are candidates with experience and networks that could enable a complementary client base to be developed outside of the technology sector.

  • CRM experience (eg) Salesforce, HubSpot etc
  • Willingness to take ownership/responsibility and ability to lead, motivate and influence others
  • Accurate/simple sales forecasting
  • Degree level in business or marketing subject is preferable
