As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be sat on-site with our client, Marks and Spencer. The primary responsibility of this role will be to coordinate and facilitate the production and delivery of print and POS material in line with M&S objectives and strategic targets, within budget and deadline constraints.

This role suits someone who likes to have a broad remit and is capable of managing multiple responsibilities along the print production process. Some of these responsibilities are:
  • Brand marketing - receiving briefs from Team Leads and manage the verification, accuracy and completeness of content via Media Centre in line with agreed timescales.
  • Design - Liaise with the Studio Planner to ensure that design resource is booked to achieve project deadlines.
  • Photography - Ensure that both photography and retouching requirements are available for menus when required.
  • Artwork Production - Project Management of operational delivery requirements, including attending pro-production meetings, checking and releasing campaigns to artwork production, and managing amends and sign offs. You'll also monitor work in progress and collate costs for print production.
  • Finance - Spend tracking and management of projects, artwork/print production, delivery and installation costs, PO requisitions.
  • Reporting - Running and presenting reports on service performance levels, timeliness, SLA performance, escalation of issues where appropriate.
