PA / Practice Manager

Location: London, Canary Wharf

Salary: Highly Competitive

Within an ambitious, established & highly successful Senior Partner Practice, part of St. James's Place Wealth Management plc. An excellent opening has arisen for a professional and diligent individual to work in London, Canary Wharf.

You will be based in a busy office working as Personal Assistant to the Senior Partner, providing administrative support to the business and taking on the role of the Practice Manger.

St. James's Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. SJP has funds under management in excess of £97bn.

PA / Practice Manager - The Role
  • You will be required to provide comprehensive PA Support to the Senior Partner, work on the administration within the business as well as take responsibility for managing the Practice
  • You will ensure that the business and team deliver all aspects of private client wealth management administration and provide an excellent level of client service to HNW clients
  • In additional to PA functions, you will be involved in all aspects of client service marketing and business administration to deal with all client related matters including dealing with client queries
  • You will be managing two junior administrators
  • You will also be responsible for the business delivering work in a regulatory compliant manner, where the quality of documentation standards in the business are consistently at the highest of levels.

PA / Practice Manager - The Person
  • This is a stimulating role that would suit a confident and professional individual who enjoys organising and administrative work and who has a 'can do' working style
  • You will have been working in Financial Services or Wealth Management for several years and be comfortable with the regulatory & compliance standards of the sector
  • Importantly, you are committed to delivering the highest level of client service and in this capacity, make a difference to the efficiency of the business you work in
  • You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised. You are a self-starter and with the required knowledge are able to work with little or no supervision
  • You can make decisions and you have excellent attention to detail
  • You will have strong IT skills and be comfortable learning new software packages.

It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
