They are currently recruiting for their B2B branch which helps clients manage their foreign exchange risk and international payments.

Job description

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, you will be a key member of the client services team, and will be working to support, guide and train your portfolio of clients. This role will include helping Senior Traders with administrative support and client management, ensuring long-lasting and meaningful relationships with some high-profile clients like RightMove! In order to succeed you'll need to be both personable and professional - as you'll be liaising with internal teams and clients alike and working to provide an exceptional level of service.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and delegating incoming Customer Service enquiries in a professional, friendly and diligent manner
  • Assisting clients with Online Platform setups, demos and queries
  • Keying, setting up and pushing out payments
  • Acting as the key internal link between Trading and Operations (accounts/compliance)
  • Chasing outstanding contracts and deposits from clients
  • Chasing and verifying beneficiaries on a client account
  • Arranging trade reports for clients and Traders
  • Managing received funds and related queries
  • Pulling Traders KPI reports for daily strategy analysis
  • Automation projects - liaise with IT teams for system enhancements

Job requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable Customer Service and administration skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (able to organise/manipulate data and use basic formulas)
  • Team player
  • Highly organised and able to manage a strict diary
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Ability to work under very high pressure and to deadlines

  • A great starting salary of £22,0000 (£1,500 a month) for the first 3 months, rising to £23,000 after successful completion of your Internship
