The Role: This hugely successful media business is looking to grow their sales team with a new Business Development Manager. They will be targeted on selling sponsorship opportunities for their digital content including webinars and training courses. Inheriting accounts from day one, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating revenue from existing relationships and winning new business. This is a role that requires regular face to face meetings with senior marketing decision makers within the tech, software and digital sectors.

The Company: This well-established media business has a strong reputation in the industry with a large range of portfolios and services including publishing titles, business information portals and events. The incoming Business Development Manager will enjoy fantastic earning potential and career progression opportunities into more senior and managerial positions.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager role:

Selling sponsorship opportunities for a leading digital marketing portfolio
Targeting corporate clients within the tech, software and digital sectors
Winning new business and managing ongoing relationshipsRequirement of Business Development Manager role:

2-3 years B2B sales experience
Experience selling advertising or sponsorship is advantageous
Positive and confident self-starterThe package for the Business Development Manager:

Salary: £40,000 basic with OTE of 40%
