This is an exciting opportunity to join our forward thinking, highly progressive client where Employee Engagement is seen as being pivotal to the success of the organisation. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team you will be responsible for designing and maintaining an effective employee engagement framework to support the goals and vision of the People Strategy and Operating Plan.

Key to this role:
  • Coordinate Employee Surveys, monitor employee engagement through analysis of results.
  • Introduce and deliver innovative and best practice solutions to continually increase employee engagement
  • Work with H & S and HR teams to develop a Health & Well-being Strategy and design and implement Health & Well-being initiatives
  • Take a supportive role in developing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in line with the D&I Strategy

You will have excellent working knowledge of organisational development, including employee engagement, performance management and employee relations. You will have proven experience of working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise effectively as well as possessing strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
