Client Details

One of the UK's largest charities that provides education courses for adults across the country. They have a main office in Leeds who are in need of some interim support in their finance team for a purchase ledger clerk/assistant.

Description

The key responsibilities of the position are as following:
  • Dealing with a backlog of invoices
  • High volume processing
  • Assisting with all aspects of the supplier payments
  • Ad-hoc assistance elsewhere as and when required
  • Accurate and timely inputting
  • Matching, matching, coding
  • Some administrative tasks

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following key skills and experiences:
  • High volume invoice processing
  • Charity experience is desirable
  • Strong purchase ledger clerk experience
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to different tasks where required
