Client Details

A council funded entertainment facility that provides events for the local community in Harrogate.

Description

The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
  • Maintain and operate the purchase ledger
  • Matching invoices against purchase orders, identifying any discrepancies
  • Undertake debt collection
  • Ensure sales orders are coded and sent out accurately
  • Respond to any incoming queries
  • Support the wider finance team with any ad hoc tasks

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following key skills and experiences:
  • Finance administration experience
  • Public sector or charity background preferable but not essential
  • Ability to work well within a smaller team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
