We are looking to recruit a Payroll administrator on a 9 month FTC for successful business based in Southampton.

The role is to start immediately and duties of the role will include:

-Supporting the monthly payroll function for over 300 employees

-Ensure all new starter/leaver documentation is completed prior to monthly payroll processing.

-Entering employee payroll details in to payroll software before submitting it to our external payroll bureau.

-Support an external payroll bureau by answering any queries relating to each payroll run.

-Help HR team with recruitment process

-Day to day administrative tasks

The role will suit someone immediately available with excellent organisational skills, methodical work process, ability to multitask, a pro-active approach to work alongside a good general knowledge of payroll processes and proven experience in payroll support.
