A Senior Management Accountant is required to work for a fast growth, SME Leisure business based in London (Zone 1) on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work for a well-known brand which is continuously evolving and growing, having opened new sites year on year for the past 3 years.

You will be working as the number 2 to the Financial Controller and working in a direct team of 5. This is a commercially focused yet hands-on role where you will be taking ownership for the commercial analysis and management accounting for all sites as well as supporting with the management of the team. You will be responsible for driving and implementing new processes on the Netsuite system to improve management reporting and commercial decision making. Duties will include:

* KPI reporting to monitor performance of each site and provide analysis on the return of investment

* Analysing new marketing campaigns and feeding back to the relevant stakeholders

* Acting as the "go to" person for the financial systems (Netsuite), driving changes to the system to support with the production of meaningful management reports

* Producing the monthly board pack including overseeing the management accounts for various sites including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow

* Supporting the Financial Controller with the budgeting and forecasting process

* Supporting with the management of the team

The successful candidate will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA qualified/finalist Accountant. You must have prior experience producing monthly management accounts and be comfortable taking ownership for the month end. Experience working in a multi-site environment (Retail/Hospitality/Leisure) is essential, previous experience using Netsuite system is strongly desirable. You must be commercially minded, and systems focused to be able to improve the existing reports and provide meaningful commentary of the results. Previous experience working for a multi-site business is extremely beneficial but not essential. Excellent communication skills are key to be able to work closely with senior management across the business, you must also be proactive, naturally curious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
