Salary: £39,000 per annum (£17.85 per hour) + excellent benefits

The service is ideally situated in a pretty, residential area in Rotherham, South Yorkshire and is close to public transport links, as well as local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly nursing home offers a welcoming and inviting environment for the residents and their families. The home offers a range of excellent facilities for residents including a variety of activities and social events and a beautiful garden for residents to relax and enjoy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes located in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The service provides person centered care to elderly residents, including care for residents with Dementia. The team are passionate about the care that they provide for the residents and are looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Manager to join. The Home Manager is looking for the Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
