Main Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing the Performance Manager will be a key part of the Marketing across digital channels for all conferences within the Events portfolio.

Responsibilities
End to End Acquisition Marketing Campaigns including Paid search, Display, Paid social and Organic Search.
Reviewing, implementing and managing web tracking across all websites including using Google Tag Manager in addition to Google analytics and different ad platform tracking.
Managing marketing automation processes
Working with the Web Development and Content Marketing teams on SEO.
Working with the Creative team to create and test assets.
A/B Testing and conversion rate optimization.
Monitoring and reporting on a comprehensive list of KPI's related to digital channels.

Educational Level/Experience
Essential
3+ years proven track record in digital marketing.
Strong experience across performance marketing channels i.e. Search, Display, Paid Social.
Practical knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them.
Advanced Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Facebook Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
Strong copywriting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Desirable
Experience with Google Data Studio
Experience of automation tools and CRM systems.
Educated to Degree Level.
Experience with Outbrain
