This award-winning B2B digital marketing agency is looking for Digital Account Manager with exceptional campaign management skills to join their fast-paced, dynamic agency. If you're looking to take the next step and work with global tech clients, then this role is a must. You'd be the first port of call for clients and the go-to person internally within the business when it comes to your client projects. The Account Manager deals direct with clients, planning and implementing projects and seeking out new opportunities. Working across clients' accounts you will support the Account Director with; new business development, client account development, strategic proposals, management of the internal and external resource, and project delivery. On a day-to-day basis, you could be advising a CMO on digital strategy, creating a social media plan, implementing a campaign within a marketing automation system, managing the creation of latest content download for a key client and defining, setting up and implementing a social media campaign or immersing yourself in Google Analytics and other reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of your campaigns. All this, whilst providing an impeccable service to the client day-to-day and being an advocate of the agency. Key Accountabilities - Planning and developing campaign strategy alongside the Account Director - Presenting creative, strategy, results and campaign optimisation techniques to clients - Monitoring, tracking and reviewing campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement and/or testing - Writing creative and technical briefs for the wider team and external resource - Managing projects and ensuring project deadlines are met and budgets adhered to - Project implementation including social campaigns, digital projects and performance-based campaigns - General account management including writing weekly client status reports, contact reports, creating cost estimates, production schedules, editorial calendars and invoicing - Copywriting (some) Essential Skills: - Be able to manage multiple tasks across multiple clients - Good prioritization skills - Excellent attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter and be able to work autonomously Benefits: - Bonus based on company performance - Pension - Private health - Central Bristol location - Significant growth opportunities in the role - Flexible working - 33 days holiday per year (inclusive of Bank Holidays) - Great culture with strong employee engagement initiative - Training and educational programme, including attendance at industry trade shows and events - Personalised development plan to help you succeed If you think you've got what it takes to be part of their bright team, send your CV now.
