Digital Account Manager - B2B Marketing Agency
This award-winning B2B digital marketing agency is looking for Digital Account Manager with exceptional campaign management skills to join their fast-paced, dynamic agency. If you're looking to take the next step and work with global tech clients, then this role is a must. You'd be the first port of call for clients and the go-to person internally within the business when it comes to your client projects. The Account Manager deals direct with clients, planning and implementing projects and seeking out new opportunities. Working across clients' accounts you will support the Account Director with; new business development, client account development, strategic proposals, management of the internal and external resource, and project delivery. On a day-to-day basis, you could be advising a CMO on digital strategy, creating a social media plan, implementing a campaign within a marketing automation system, managing the creation of latest content download for a key client and defining, setting up and implementing a social media campaign or immersing yourself in Google Analytics and other reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of your campaigns. All this, whilst providing an impeccable service to the client day-to-day and being an advocate of the agency.
