About the role: Working within the Credit Control Team your duties will include: Contacting customers by telephone and email Reconciling customer accounts Providing support to the credit control team About you: We're looking for an individual who has the following qualities: Strong IT skills including Sage 50 (or similar accounting software) Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner Good organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise workload to meet deadline A dedication to providing great customer service A problem solver Flexible team player Hours of work: Full Time (40 hour per week) - immediate start available Salary: £19,270 pa depending on previous experience Benefits: Employees will also have access to a full host of benefits including: 22 days holiday increasing with length of service Contributory pension scheme Company health care Free onsite parking. 5 miles from the York Train Station To apply please send your cv by return.
