Joining a well-established IT company at an exciting time in its growth you will be joining a friendly and vibrant atmosphere focused on excellent delivery of service. The Service Delivery Manager position offers a basic salary of up to £50,000.

Using your IT knowledge and Service Delivery Manager experience, you will help drive the business forward, building relationships and maximise customers engagement through great service delivery. Using ITIL methodology you will assist in customer engagement as well as working with the Pre Sales team assisting with maximising existing and new account spends.

Working initially from the Northamptonshire based offices and then from home further down the line your primary focus will be on the following:

Work with technical support teams to provide periodic service review documents
Identify and monitor risks involved in the overall service delivery
Build solid client relationships ensuring service delivery is a priority
Gain an understanding of client's IT infrastructure and supporting technologies
Supporting Pre-Sales and Account managers with Service Delivery
Ongoing project work related to Service Delivery
Following ITIL Methodology
(Any project management methodology is also welcomed - Six Sigma, Lean, Prince 2 etc)
Working hours for the Business Development role are typically 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
