You will be responsible for creating extraordinary experiences for our guests, personalised service will underpin everything you do.Under the general guidance of the Director of Revenue Management, accountable for maximizing the revenues of assets with-in sbe. The position is integral to the success of each hotel's revenue management system. The primary role of the position is to ensure that the revenues are optimized and that Hotel RevPAR indexes are enhanced. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Actively participate and attend the weekly group pipeline meeting·Providing analysis of demand factors, competitive positioning·Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports;·Actively managing IDEAS (RMS)·Monitoring transient and group production to ensure that an optimal mix is maintained;·Evaluating group booking requests to ensure that the Hotels are not displacing higher yielding revenue;·Implementing all changes/recommendations with assistance from the Regional Revenue Team;·Ensuring that the Hotels' position in the GDS and other distribution channels is consistent with the Hotels' Selling Strategies, includes conducting rate and availability audits·Ensuring that all rate plans are built in accordance with established guidelines·Forecasting accurately short term (weekly) and long term (30, 60 and 90 days)·Participating in Revenue conference calls·Ability to prepare, implement and update the Strategic Sales Plan·Effective ability to supervise and motivate staff to maintain optimal department operation and employee development·Assisting in managing the relationship with third party online intermediaries
