IT Support Analyst: Multiple Vacancies available (SC Clearable)
Location: Centre of Bath (BA2)
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000
Active Directory / Windows Environment / O365

About the role:
The IT support team include a Helpdesk and 2nd & 3rd line technical support which supports computer and phone networks, hardware and asset maintenance. We are looking for a couple of IT Support Analysts to join our client's IT Service Desk in Central Bath. As a Support Analyst you will be responsible for assisting the user base with IT support issues and other related queries. You will need to be able to manage and prioritise your own workload whilst ensuring you work well within an already well-established team. You will be provided with a full introduction to our systems and receive training on our bespoke Case Management Software and other internally developed applications.

About you:
* Experience supporting Windows, Windows Server and Office 365
* A good understanding of TCP/IP and Firewall functions
* The successful candidate will be confident and enthusiastic
* Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
* Previous experience of working in IT support (1st /2nd line)
* Experience in supporting a VMware-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (View, vCentre, vSphere);
* Hardware skills including PC building, fault analysis, RAID systems, cabling, etc
